The training involves a lot of activity on the part of the participants. They teach hand signals to help them remember the main points of the teaching. This is not always easy and takes a little practice at first, as you can see in this picture. They're all supposed to be doing what Chet, the teacher in front, is doing.
Now, they're getting it together.
