Shanee and I spent 12 days in Europe with my mom and dad and my brother. We started out in southwest Germany, near the Black Forest. Germany is a beautiful place. We spent our time there visiting small towns, sitting at cafes, and eating lots of bread and cheese. 
This is the center of town in Gegenbach, Germany. It was nice, but it doesn't have the distinctive parking-in-the-middle-of-the-street feature that you'll find in Lathrop, Missouri.
We stayed at this B & B, called the Blume. It's my parents' favorite haunt in Germany (this was their third trip).
