We got to spend some time with some great friends a couple of weeks ago. The Shanks are some of our best friends in the world and we love their kids--Hannah and Sammy.
Having lived here in South Asia now for about 5 years, we have started to be more open-minded about arranged marriages. In fact, we're thinking that Sammy Shank would make a pretty good match for Joya someday!
This one's sure to make the wedding reception slide show.

all i know is that the divorce rate was MUCH lower when the parents arranged the marriages for their kids! :)
