As is customary with our female visitors, we held the obligatory "Dress-up-like-a-Nepali" program with Mom. Here she is with Shanee and our little Nepali sister, Shrijhana. Notice the elegance of the local saree and even the gold jewelry hanging from her forehead.
Here is the glamorous couple. Notice the not-quite-traditional shorts that my dad is sporting. Needless to say, he wasn't quite as interested in playing dress-up in the November heat of Biratnagar.
