We thought we were done with cold-weather clothes, but we had to bust them out last week. To finish off our language study, we stayed with an Indian family for a 1-week immersion experience. The family was great and we had a great time--it was just frigid in the house.

Here they are: Sunita (the niece, standing); Riya (the daughter, seated left); Virender (the Dad w/ the 'stache); and Arpita (baby daughter). The brown-hooded head looking backwards is Joya.

Each night we encased Joya in her car seat, swaddled in blankets and wrapped up in a car seat cover. She stated pretty warm through the nights. She usually had a sweaty back when we woke her up in the morning (she gets that from her dad, poor girl).
